Return Policy

1.    Return Window

    •    Customers can return items within 30 days of purchase.

    2.    Condition of Items

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

    •    Items with stains, odors, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

    3.    Proof of Purchase

    •    A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

    4.    Final Sale Items

    •    Clearance, sale, or customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    5.    Refund Method

    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    •    If paid by gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

    6.    Return Shipping

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    7.    Exchanges

    •    Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color.

    •    If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued.

    8.    Processing Time

    •    Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after the item is received.

If your item is showing any signs of defects or you received the wrong item, notify us within 30 days so we can arrange for a return and a replacement.

 

To start a return, reach out to support@victoryapparel.com and include your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We offer free prepaid return labels within the U.S.

 

Once your return is processed, you will be notified with a store credit or an email for a rejected return. If you are not notified, please reach out to us.
